LRS-24 RADview/TDM Downloading Internal Software A-3

Downloading ASMi Software

 To download software from ASMi-51CD/CQ or ASMi-52CD/CQ/CD4W:

1. In the LRS-24 View window, select an ASMi-51CD/CQ or ASMi-52CD/CQ/CD4W

card (or an ASMi-31CQ, only for the FE, or ASMi-51SA).

A blue border outlines the selected card.

2. Right-click and select Options > SW. Download > Int. SW. Download.

For the ASMi-52 family, the Far-End check box is disabled.

3. Select the file you want to download. For descriptions of the fields, see

Table A-1.

4. From the Modem Selection area, select the check box of the relevant Near-

end or Far-end modem.

5. Click <DWLD Command>.

A confirmation message appears “Transferring selected SW file. The

current modem SW will be updated”.

6. Click <OK> to begin download.
