6.2 Managing Card Alarms
This section discusses managing PS and CM-2 card active alarms. PS and CM-2
card alarm operations are available in the LRS-24 View window. (However,
modem card alarm operations are available only in Zoom view, as described in
Managing Modem Alarms
.)
Listing PS and CM-2 Card Active Alarms
To list PS or CM-2 Card active alarms:
1. In the LRS-24 View window, select a PS or CM-2 card by clicking on it.
A blue border outlines the selected card.
2. Right click and select Fault > Alarms.
The following figure shows a sample CM-2 Active Alarm List Dialog Box,
displaying slots with active alarms (On) and slots with inactive alarms (--).
The list includes only those slots in which cards have been installed.
Other slots are grayed out.
