Legend:
A Same as Download Only + Reset.
Same as Download Only (above) + upon successful completion, activate
the Reset process of para.2.8.

For these products, no additional operation is needed, because these
products automatically perform a Reboot after downloading TFTP.
C Same as Download Only (above), except that for fileTransCmd, NMS
will Set the value of swDwnLoadAndReset(8) (instead of swDwnLoad(1)).
If this Set fails, it means that the SW Version of this Agent doesn't support
this value (we know that there are higher versions that support it for this
device).
In this case, NMS will do 'A' operation, above.
Note: This case takes care of products that part of their versions support
the new swDwnLoadAndReset(8) value, while their older versions
do not support it.
Storing SW Version of each device is too complicated. Therefore this
implementation is selected.
