4-6 Security
Undo Last Restore
The Undo Last Restore command cancels the last restore operation. This operation
may be invoked in the following ways:
• Upon specific user request from any map hierarchy level
• Upon confirmation of a program message that a problem was detected during
the restore operation. In such a case, it is recommended to abort the partial
restoration.
To undo the last restore operation:
1. From the Misc. menu, select RADview/OV > General > Undo Last Restore.
2. Click <OK> to confirm.
When the last restoration is successfully undone, RADview-HP OpenView
displays a message.
3. Click <OK> to confirm and complete the Undo Last Restore operation.
4.2 Security
RADview-HPOV's advanced security feature allows operation restrictions to be
predefined for users. Users and their privileges can be set to define access to
various network elements and functions. The following instructions describe how
to set security features.
Starting an HP OpenView Session
In order to begin a session of HP OpenView the user must Login to the system.
To Login to RADview:
1. From the submap screen, select Misc > RADview/OV > Login.
The Login dialog box appears.
