Relevant only when the local VCL end-point is also the VCC end-point, and AAL5 is in
use.
The type of data encapsulation used over the AAL5 SSCS layer.
Read-only
Available only for AAL Type = AAL5
Loopback Test
Status
Indicates whether a loopback test is running.
On: the loop is currently running.
Off: the loop is not running.
